Privacy Policy

Anyprice (“we,” “us”) lets you paste product URLs from any retailer and get notified when the price drops. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it’s used.

Information we collect

• Your email address, used to sign you in (via a magic link, no password) and to send price alerts.
• The product URLs you choose to track, and the price/availability data we extract from them over time.
• Basic technical logs (e.g. request metadata) generated automatically by our hosting provider.

We don’t ask for or store payment information — Anyprice never processes purchases itself.

How we use it

• To send you a sign-in link and keep you signed in.
• To check the prices you’re watching and email you when one drops or hits your target.
• To show you your own watch list and price history when you visit the site.

Third-party services we use

We rely on a small number of outside services to run Anyprice. Each only sees what it needs to do its job:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication.
• Resend — delivers the sign-in and price-alert emails.
• Anthropic (Claude) — as a fallback, when a retailer’s page doesn’t expose price data in a standard format, we may send that page’s content to Anthropic’s API to help identify the price. This is about the retailer’s page, not you.
• scrape.do and Bright Data — proxy services used as fallbacks when a retailer blocks direct access to their page.
• Vercel — hosts the application itself.
• Google — we use Google’s public favicon service to show a small retailer site icon next to each watch; this sends the retailer’s domain (not anything about you) to Google.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Affiliate links

Some links to retailer product pages may be affiliate links. If you make a purchase through one, we may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you. This never affects which price we show you or when we alert you.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can remove individual watches yourself at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us using the details below.

We don’t sell your data

We don’t sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security.

Children’s privacy

Anyprice isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
